Traditional biscuit course

A Tavola con i Dogi, that's the name of our course to learn from our tradition to make delicious biscuits! Maize flour, sultanas, pine nuts, eggs and lots of fine cocoa - this is how delicious biscuits have been made in Venice since the 1700s.

By taking part in the course you will experience the entire tradition through stories, techniques and tastings.

Children over 6 years of age are welcome.

Chocolate has a long history. In our course you will experience it through stories, techniques and tastings. We will show you how to temper chocolate, make a ganache, a mousse, produce delicious truffles and, of course, how to make winter's favourite: hot chocolate!
