Traditional Bisquit Course
“A Tavola con I Dogi”, our course for learning to make these delicious, traditional bisquits, you will find maize flour, sultanas, pine nuts, fine cocoa and our secrets to creating the same tastes known to Venice since the 1700s.
This course will allow you to experience tradition through stories, techniques, and of course, the best part, TASTING!
Children over 6 years old are welcome to participate.


Chocolate Course
Chocolate has a long history. Participating in our course you will experience it through stories, technique and tasting. We’ll show you how to temper chocolate, make a ganache, a mousse, produce delicious truffles and, of course, how to make winter’s favourite: hot chocolate!

Ice Cream Course
Ice cream in Italy has a long and valuable tradition. Participating in our course you will experience it through stories, technique and tasting. We will show you how to prepare a milk base and a water base with genuine ingredients to make ice cream and sorbets.

Guided Tasting
A guided tasting every day. You cantaste the delicacies produced in our workshop and trace the history of chocolate. Dragees, chocolate couvertures, pralines or truffles and hot or cold chocolate to drink.
